Located in Arcadia Lite, this home on Catalina drive went from bare bones to charming and stylish. We added a second master suite and kept the exposed brick in the living and kitchen area to show all of its colors. We loved being the design builder on this project as we tried to incorporate a lot of unique items including old wood barn doors, custom built island,  runway tracks from an airport as the courtyard fence, and much more.

Results: We added a lot of value to this house and it was purchased by a great couple that fell in love with all the features installed within it. This house was one of our favorite remodels because of all added character.
