This home was once the flagship property of Cudia City Estates built by Mr.Cudia himself. We helped some investors turn this home from the original design back in 1959 into a Modern delight with high end quality finishes. The project consisted of tearing down the entire original home except a few walls, adding on a large master suite and office with a more open concept home throughout. This property features 4 bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathroom. A spacious kitchen with quartz waterfall countertops and an over-sized island and a 48 inch Thermador range. This gourmet kitchen is ready for that Chef in the family to create many meals and memories in.
