This classic modern ranch home located  just outside of Paradise Valley was a project we built in 2018! Fully designed and inspired with our sister company Creative Home Concepts, this home has spectacular views of Camelback and the surrounding mountains. Immense open concept great room with abundant natural light emphasized by the well-appointed kitchen with large quartz island and custom cabinetry. Split floor plan with hardwood flooring throughout create a feeling of warmth and casual elegance. The master suite is spacious and luxurious with a dual vanity, his and her closets, glass shower and relaxing soak tub. Glass paneled doors open onto the covered patio where you can relax poolside and take in the sunset from this comfortable and private space designed to enjoy every moment with little backyard maintenance.

Results: Ventana and Creative Home Concepts teamed up to tear down all but one wall and rebuild it with a vision of creativity and brilliance. The mountain made things a bit challenging during the build process but it was worth it once we were able to promote the end product for our investor partners!
