This remodel in Arcadia turned out flawless for another set of investors!  As an open concept- design build that featured gorgeous flooring throughout the main living areas, luxurious kitchen features, Quartz counter tops, Thor/GE Stainless appliances, and a breakfast bar perfect for entertaining. We created a split master floor plan with a spectacular master suite and extra large walk-in shower!

Results: We had to tear half this home down to add on a two car garage, large master suite and 10' ceilings in main living area and designed all the finishes throughout.  This project had many obstacles as the previous owners did a lot of DIY stuff throughout the home that needed to be corrected but we made sure all of it was corrected and turned it into another gem in Arcadia area.
